Het aantal personeelsleden steeg van twee in 2008 tot twaalf (plus twee jobstudenten) midden 2014. Dit resulteerde in een aanzienlijke groei van het analoog en digitaal archief van de organisatie.<br /> <br /> Het beheer van het dynamisch en statisch archief diende dan ook herbekeken te worden. In 2012 implementeerde PACKED vzw een ordeningsstructuur in haar digitaal archief gebaseerd op de aanbevelingen van AMVB. Dit gebeurde echter zonder duidelijke afspraken omtrent de ordeningsstructuur, de selectie en de vernietiging van documenten.
