			When you contact us, you give us permission to process the personal data that you have provided to us on the contact form. These details are necessary to enable communication between you and us. We exercise our legitimate interest to contact you proactively with questions of any kind related to your original request.

			Alle persoonsgegevens die wij via onze interacties met jou verzamelen via de website zullen wij zo lang bewaren als nodig is om met jou te communiceren, maar ook om een historisch archief van onze communicatie te kunnen bijhouden. Dit stelt ons in staat om terug te keren naar eerdere communicatie als je bij ons terugkomt met nieuwe vragen, verzoeken, opmerkingen of andere input.

			==Welke gegevens delen wij met derden?==
			Wij delen jouw persoonsgegevens eventueel met medewerkers van de andere TRACKS-partners en de leveranciers die ons helpen bij de verwerking van jouw persoonsgegevens. Met laatstgenoemde leveranciers sluiten wij steeds een verwerkersovereenkomst waarin afspraken omtrent gegevensbescherming opgenomen zijn.
			Iedereen die toegang heeft tot jouw persoonsgegevens zal altijd gebonden zijn door wettelijke en/of contractuele verplichtingen om jouw persoonsgegevens veilig en vertrouwelijk te verwerken.
			Jouw persoonsgegevens worden door ons in principe niet buiten de Europese Economische Ruimte (EER) verzonden (de Europese Economische Ruimte bestaat uit de EU, Liechtenstein, Noorwegen en IJsland), tenzij indien: (1) op grond van een adequaatheidsbesluit van de Europese Commissie dit land op de ‘witte lijst’ is geplaatst, (2) wij voldoende waarborgen nemen om jouw persoonsgegevens bij overdracht te beschermen (bv. door het sluiten van een overeenkomst op basis van modelcontractbepalingen zoals opgesteld door de Europese Commissie) of (3) er sprake is van een specifieke situatie waarvoor de AVG in een afwijking voorziet.

			==Wat doen wij om jouw persoonsgegevens veilig te bewaren?==
			De veiligheid en vertrouwelijkheid van alle gegevens die wij verwerken zeer belangrijk voor ons. Daarom hebben we maatregelen genomen om ervoor te zorgen dat alle verwerkte persoonsgegevens veilig worden bewaard. Deze stappen omvatten onder meer de beperking van de verwerking tot de persoonsgegevens die nodig zijn voor het bereiken van de doeleinden die wij jou hebben meegedeeld (d.i. minimale gegevensverwerking). We hebben ook technische en organisatorische maatregelen genomen om onze infrastructuur, systemen, toepassingen, gebouw en processen te beveiligen.
			Je zal begrijpen dat deze technische en organisatorische maatregelen vertrouwelijke informatie kunnen bevatten over onze organisatie die wij niet zomaar publiekelijk willen meedelen. Je kan ons evenwel steeds contacteren indien je hierover meer uitleg wenst te krijgen.

			==Welke rechten heb je?==
			Je hebt verschillende rechten bij de verwerking van persoonsgegevens, met name:
			* het recht op inzage in jouw persoonsgegevens;
			* het recht op verbetering van jouw persoonsgegevens;
			* het recht op verwijdering van jouw persoonsgegevens;
			* het recht om de verwerking van je persoonsgegevens te beperken;
			* het recht om de persoonsgegevens die je zelf verstrekt hebt te verkrijgen en over te dragen aan een andere partij.
			* het recht om bezwaar te hebben tegen de verwerking van je persoonsgegevens en geautomatiseerde besluitvorming;
			Verzoeken tot uitoefening van jouw rechten kan je richten aan de functionaris voor gegevensbescherming van meemoo. Een dergelijk verzoek kan je per e-mail sturen naar privacy@meemoo.be. Enkel wanneer dit nodig is om jouw identiteit te kunnen verifiëren, kunnen wij je vragen om een recto-versokopie van jouw identiteitskaart te bezorgen alvorens we gevolg geven aan jouw verzoek. De functionaris voor gegevensbescherming zal nagaan of je inderdaad het recht in kwestie kan uitoefenen, of dat er wettelijke beletselen bestaan om op je verzoek in te gaan. Wanneer dit laatste het geval is, zal dit op een gemotiveerde wijze gecommuniceerd worden.
